Just finished S01E03 of TLOU. Very moving, even thought it was a love affairbetween to gay bears.Very well done.
The OA.
If you like these check out: "Vigil". A murder/mystery set ina British nuclear submarine.
Poker FaceFrom the director that brought you "Knives Out". A woman with an uncanny ability to tell if someone is lying flees Vegas due to a run-in with a Casino boss. Solves crimes along the way "Columbo-like". Very easy watching with some interesting characters. Only watched the first 2 episodes but makes me want to watch the full season.
Record of RagnarokThis anime is so ****** dumb. OMG sooo dumb, it's almost cathartic it's so dumb haha. All of humanity's champions are basically notorious and legendary figures from history. I'd put this series in the same realm as Baki and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, only it does cutaways in the middle of these fights for basically some behind-the-scenes drama, which is dumb because we all know we're only here for the fights. Anyway, if you like dumb and exaggerated shit, plop down for this one. I personally do enjoy it. But it's dumb, you've been warned.
I watched episode 1 last night and yeah, it is an easy watch. However, I don't know if I'll get through too many more...that main character (Charlie), her voice just does my head in. It's like listening to grinding gravel.
“Slow Horses”. MI5 spy drama from Apple Originals about washed-up or disgraced agents in their own “spy” department doing pointless things…until they are not. Starring Gary Oldman and others. Great watching so far up to episode 3/6. Already a season 2.
Ah, one series that I seriously recommend is "Foyle's War". I think it went toabout six seasons. Detective chief superintendent Foyle and his war againstcrime during WW2.
On the theme of British detective series: Line of Duty. Also runs to six series and heard good things about it.Would love to watch it but don't have the time to binge watch my way through six series.
