Looks like they pulled off some more sketchy stuff in New Jersey.   We should audit it and Youngkin .  Let’s fortify our democracy brothers!

Yeah, I heard that multiple votes were by some voter named "JFK Jr." We need to look into this.

It isn't illegal for non-citizens to vote for gubernatorial elections. According to this wiki, local governments have the authority to allow non-citizens to vote:

That said, I don't think the New Jersey gov would sign off on what Project Veritas claims to have occurred.
"Claim" being the operative word, as Project Veritas (a far-right activist group) has been shown to have been deliberately deceptive in its portrayal of many separate events.
