If they try to force a nomination through before the election then a President Biden and the new Democratic Senate Majority will just expand the Supreme Court.

Except, Trump has those voters already. They are his diehards. He isn't expanding his base. Biden has already got back the moderates and independents that Hillary lost.
Trump's a dictator so we need to win in order to have President Biden pack the courts with judges that will agree with us isn't the most consistent of arguments.
Lemme guess. She also died of Coronavirus??
If Dems introduce legislation to expand the courts and have a vote on it, how is that dictatorial?
You mean if Parliament rubber stamps the President and rams through legislation to give him full monopoly over the courts and uniparty/total control over the government, as has been done by numerous authoritarian regimes in the past, how is that dictatorial? Are you serious?Would you say the same thing if Republicans just rammed through legislation to pack the courts? No, you'd be howling about Trump the dictator and rightfully so.All you can see is "My side good." Are you even constitutionally capable of applying your same thought process to those that your oppose?
Is President Moon’s government undemocratic because they have a big majority in the National Assembly?
Are they attempting to pack the courts by adding additional justices, all of which will be approved by them, so their legislation gets rubber stamped in the courts and they wield a permanent majority?
The courts do not rubber stamp anything. There is precedent.
