Trump's a dictator so we need to win in order to have President Biden pack the courts with judges that will agree with us isn't the most consistent of arguments.

You mean if Parliament rubber stamps the President and rams through legislation to give him full monopoly over the courts and uniparty/total control over the government, as has been done by numerous authoritarian regimes in the past, how is that dictatorial? Are you serious?

The courts do not rubber stamp anything. There is precedent.

Precedent can be found either way. If not, then find a "penumbra" that lets you rule as you want to.

Apparently Trump plans to nominate a woman. Fairly predictable move, I can't wait for the inevitable claims that anyone opposing his pick is a "hypocritical sexist" or however he wants to put it

When Trump gets his pick nominated that will give a 6-3 Republican majority on the SCOTUS, all tending towards younger in age. That will change things in a big way. I would look forward to seeing Roe vs Wade overturned for starters. Rights of minorities and workers over turned or lessened. yadda yadda yadda
