Got a strange message from 119

Has anyone received a call or message from 119 recently?
I got this today:

119에서 긴급구조를 워해 귀하의 휴대전화 위치를 조회하였습니다

Not sure what it means but from the translation, it means something like
they needed to find the location of my phone number for emergency rescue.

yeah i do this several times a week by mistake. my S10 always dials in my pocket...seems to be a common complaint with this model

thanks, you are right.  It must have dialed 119 in my pocket somehow.  I see it now outgoing phone call....I was blind and missed it.
