Bit busy to day to give a full rundown, but there is pension mentioned...If there is NHIC insurance then there will be pension paid. Both are linked.
2.2 is already at the very bottom of the barrel esl wise, then they screw you over by not paying pension to top it off.Yikes!
Bottom of the barrel? In many places online they said for beginning teachers with no experience it was on the high side. What would you say is a fair price for something like this?
