You get what you pay for (sometimes more, sometimes less)
« on: July 10, 2020, 11:17:40 am »
I had a great 14,000 won portable butane gas range for over five years.

It finally stopped starting.

I replaced it with a near equivalent-looking 9000 won gas range last week.

It has a hard time starting. I have to remove the top to get it going, and my usual small pot extinguishes the fire requiring a half-***ed cook, smelly to all hell and half as efficient.

I'm about ready to race from beach to store to get the 22,000 won burner. Ugh.

If it has an electric starter, did you change the battery? I think there are also some with like flint that can be repaired, too.

This is true. I got what I paid for when I bought my oven for $1000 several years ago.

I don't think it's necessarily true "You get what you pay for".  I think the saying should be "You pay for what you get."

Nobody's selling a 20,000 W cooker for 9,000 W.
Mr. C is not a bad person, in fact is quite a good person here. One of the best people on this forum if you really look at it

I thought you would. Good to hear, best you can get.
Haven't you got some pictures of birds to be jacking off to, son?
