I found these days much easier to sleep as the air is good, so I can sleep with the windows open and there is lovely breeze from about 3am.  I try to enjoy this because soon, it'll be sweat town.

I have a feeling that 'Don Hobak' was taking care of his little 'Ae Hobak' last night.

Been like this for nearly 2 weeks. Trained hard yesterday and still struggled to fall/stay asleep, every muscle is aching this morning and I'm exhausted. Since others have the some issue, it's reassuring to know that it's the weather and will eventually pass.

LOL you guys

I've been running on an average of 4-5 hours sleep for the past few years. Pretty sure I've lost some brain cells along the way, but hey

Most recently I stay up till about midnight and wake up early (5.30-ish) because it's the only time I have to work on my hobbies. Raising a one year old is a full time job. Before the baby it was my neighbors from hell that kept me up at all hours. That was pure torture.

I usually manage about like 7 hours or so. Definitely more than enough but as the weeks go by the lack of that eight hour starts to weigh on me lol

The first thing to say is that this is definitely not pyramid selling, OK?

yea, sleep is elusive the last few weeks for me too. it doesn't help my upstairs neighbor is up pacing around at 6:30 am even on a saturday, then the TV blaring from 7-9am.  I suppose it could be worse, so I don't complain, much.
It's not too hot for me, yet. but I do blame all the planets in retrograde and what not.

I think I just missed my circadian window last night and had to wait for the next one to arrive. The heat certainly doesnít help. We keep the AC off during the night, which is tolerable so long as I donít cover myself, but I do notice that even a thin blanket can help lull me back to sleep if I awaken in the middle of the night.

Re: working out. Yeah, people say a hard workout makes them feel fresh and energized, but it usually just knocks my body out. If I work out too close to bed time it usually leads to grogginess in the morning (perhaps hydration related).

One thing I learned about training during Korean summers, particularly training outside, is that water is not enough. You need something like Powerade or Pocari Sweat during and immediately after your workouts.

Given how much I sweat, that would probably do me some good, but I also wonder if it isnít somehow arthritis related. My joints and muscles are way more sore than they should be considering how little my workout routine changes from day to day. I had juvenile rheumatoid arthritis as a kid, and though it goes into remission I donít think it ever really goes away.

Pocari sweat and Powerade have a lot of sugar in them. Vega makes an electrolyte hydrator that is calorie free.

Yeah that's why they are good! Although I'm a Gatorade guy myself.
Haven't you got some pictures of birds to be jacking off to, son?

Sorry, guys. Enjoy your sweat beverage.
