CO2 i agree~!  I was thinking of adding Kafka on the Shore or Wind up Bird Chronicle...those books really screwed me up when I read them....A hot summer with no fan and a Haruki Murakami novel can mess with your mind....cold beer is actual relief~ and then you go down holes/wells within your imagination~~~

The most reflective album cover out there as a signaling device.
A survival book that could double as a bug swatter. Must be durable. Or one of those invincible kids books with glossy pages that won't die in the humidity.

Having a fav album would just ruin that fav album. Book for non-survival would have to be something timeless, like The Bible or Shakespeare.
