Going rate for at-home tutoring?
« on: June 25, 2020, 01:30:51 pm »
Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, so if there are better forums let me know!

I'm on an extension period in between visas right now -- my previous visa and school contract are over but for obvious covid-related reasons I am trying to stay in korea. The visa I was on before doesn't actually support me getting a real job  (it was an A-type) so I can't enter any contracts until my new one comes through. So I'm considering taking up some offers to do in-home English tutoring sessions with my nephew and his friends (kindergarten-age). What would be appropriate to charge for these? If it were multiple kids from different families, I'd charge for each kid, right? Thanks!
