Under the save as option just choose the .docx option. HOWEVER, it will often screw up the formatting. If you really want to see the doc as intended, best to save it as a pdf file.

I have a new laptop and for some reason simple things aren't working right. So I'll try your advice but I think I tried it before. Can't remember...
