Best Korean snacks (sweet or salty)
« on: May 17, 2020, 12:10:15 am »
Let's keep our feelings light with snaaaaaacks.......W hat is your favourite Korean snack....

For me Binch is the best thing ever created (chocolate coating over a cracker..not a cookie which makes them so damn delicious and addictive)....as well as the triangular banana milk.

What is your favourite Korean snack?

I like the hard tack and Nurungji. Good for taking care of the oral fixations with relatively empty calories. Get some bags of that and when you start getting hungry nibble on a few and you can ease those pangs without embarrassing yourself by ordering some food on a whim.

Seaweed with beer oddly works.

I had a mozzarella hoddeok last night.

Way better than I expected. Oh, man.
The first thing to say is that this is definitely not pyramid selling, OK?

High-quality assorted nut packs.

Not loaded with cheap peanuts.
Not covered in salt.

Almonds, walnuts, cashews, with blueberry or cranberry raisins.

Quality.

If it was this one, they are awesome. It's sweet. Not overwhelmingly, but it is sweet. That may sound off putting but trust me, these are really good.
I just don't know where can I get them in my area. Went to Gangwon-do late last year and they were everywhere.

Regular in the sense that it was 씨앗? No....... no seeds or cinnamon. Just the pastry/dough part with mozza in the middle. So good.

Turns out, you can actually order these in bulk, frozen. And then thaw and prepare in a fry pan. Both the cheese version and the "original" one with cinnamon, seeds and a ton of sugar.

I really like the Crunky Double Crunch Bar!

I brought some for my brother the last time I visited my family and he loved them!
