Accessing KB bank account abroad

Hello, I need the help of KB Bank users.

So I had to leave Korea Feb this year after my graduation and haven't touched my KB bank account since. I still had money in it that I was hoping to save until the exchange rate gets better. I wanted to check my money and move some of it to my bank at home in the Philippines but it shows bank Error 005. Probably because there's no movement :sad:
My mistake. I'm afraid it might be blocked by the bank.

Does anyone have experience with this and know what to do? The bank app can't be accessed with that error and when I try customer services on the site it leads me back to the app. Is there any way to contact KB bank about this from overseas?
