Election 2020 disaster
« on: February 11, 2020, 10:09:31 am »
So, the 'RA killed the Irish general election like it was 9 innocent civilians at Frizzells fish and chip shop. They buried the opposition it was the remains of an innocent single mother of ten children.

If any Britons read this, please petition the Queen, or Boris, or whoever to invade us. I'd much rather be part of Great Britain than the EU anyway.
Does your wife submit to you?

Trump's economic approval rating 63% and this is from CNN.  Overall approval at 49% and I believe many oversample with Democrats.  So, he's probably much higher than this.  Add in a slight uptick of African Americans (jobs, Kanye West), and he's got the election in the bag.  Dems will still try to fling mud and throw dirty tricks around.  So, they will be competitive.  But, Trump's not going anywhere.  So, it will be a disaster for the Dems in the end.  They can't even get IOWA right.  The winner by a hair was Boot Edge Edge (Bootachaek?).

Only chance of Trump losing this is <insert random country> election tampering.  The question is, what's going to happen to the House?!?  Have Dems messed up so much that they've set up a super majority?

Try to be as succinct as possible. Try to be insightful as possible. Think to yourself, is what I'm about to post interesting / necessary? If the answer is no, cut out the unnecessary. Trim the inessential. Otherwise you're being an obnoxious pest.

Back to Eire:

With SF having such an (unexpected?) landslide but not a majority of seats, it will be interesting to see where things go.

why did you quote all of it, further polluting the discussion?

anyway, as long as no one tries to put a physical border between the irelands, i don't see a big return of the IRA (at least this is what my irish friend has led me to believe)
