Another activity I have done is Wordfind but I also made it into a game.
1) Give each pair/group a wordfind using words covered during the year (or on the topic of winter or ....).
2) Teacher chooses a word and calls it out. Then counts down (fairly slowly) from about 10. .
3) Group/pair race to find the word. First one to find it circles it and raises their hand.
4) First correct team to find it gets a bonus point.
5) All correct teams get a point.
Starter Scrabble
Materials - a 'scrabble' board with a list of words used during the year at the bottom for each group
1) Students play in groups of 3-4.
2) Student 1 chooses a word, reads it in English, then Korean meaning, then use it in a sentence. Write it on the board – one letter in each square. [Cross out the word you used. Each word can only be used once.]
3) Student 2 chooses a word that will connect (has a letter in common with) the previous word (English, Korean, sentence) and write it on the board.
4) Student 3 chooses a word that has a letter in common with one of the words on the board. (English, Korean, sentence. And write it)
5) Take turns writing a word on the board.
6) Score one point for each letter you use. If you write a letter on the ‘*’ you get 2 points. [Only 1 point if you use a * that is already on the board.]
OR Giving one point for each letter you write in (2 points if the letter is on an ‘*)’ gives higher scores and encourages students to use the longer words.
7) Words can be down or across – not diagonal. Decide before playing if you will allow words to be spelt backwards – (personally I would not do this but I didn't specify when the students played and let them do it)

Traditionally Crosswords and Scrabble (a game) use uppercase letters.
[I didn't worry too much if the words were adjacent to other words. It was quite a slow game but the students seemed to quite enjoy it - looking for the words)
At the end of the time I asked who the winners were. I also collected the sheets and counted how many words (or how many letters) were used to determine the winning team.
The attached files were using a Christmas theme but it is easily adapted to any theme - just change the words.
