I have seen this in my home country as well as other places, including Korea. What do you think? Is it ok to use the printer/paper/laminating machine or take food to bring home from communal snack/coffee areas?

I personally don't like it and wouldn't do it myself, but I see so many people do it.

I think it’s all a matter of reasonableness.

A bottle of water for the road? Sure.
3 Left-over cookies from a Friday afternoon team celebration? Sure.
Printing a grocery list your wife asked you to pick up? Why not!

A full box of tea-bags? No!
Printing 100 “Lost Cat” posters? No!

I do about 80-90% of my personal business on school computer and print needed materials also. Is it right? No probably not. Do I care? No probably not.
