Kinder/ Elementary Position in Gwangju

Start date: End February - early March 2020
Student type: Kindergarten/ Elementary
Location : Gwangju city
Salary : Starting 2.2  million won/possible increase in salary can be discussed on the basis of prior teaching experience
Working Hours : M-F:  11am -7pm
Work Days : Mon-Fri
Housing : Single
# of Foreign Teachers : 15
Vacation : 7 days a year, not including national holidays
Airfare : Arrival flight reimbursement/ return flight allowance upon completion of contract
Severance Pay : Yes
Medical Insurance : Yes
Pension : Yes

Our school adheres to the E-2 visa regulations, so applicants must be from one of the approved English speaking countries.

You might want to include the working hours, actual number of classes per day/week and personal vacation days....

And, of course....that salary is from 10 years ago....

2.2? Yikes! Thats a bit low isn't it?

Also I thought Moon Jae In made the photo requirement on resumes illegal? Sounds like a class action lawsuit waiting to happen not to mention the discrimination against males. ㅠㅠ

I just checked if they have more than 30 employees asking for a photo and discriminating by workers gender is illegal and punishable by a fine of up to 500만원 per complaint.

Hi! Because the salary you are offering is extremely low (2010 rate) I am assuming you are balancing this out with other benefits? I would assume at LEAST 26 days? Because you have not included that information in your posting.
