Didn't we get a brief moment of non-sticky snow earlier this winter? I mean the really light instant melting kind that is basically pseudo-rain?

Wouldn't need to worry about this if we lived in the tropics
Haven't you got some pictures of birds to be jacking off to, son?

Well, I'm glad this winter is so warm.  It felt cold this morning.

It must be my imagination.   NOT!

Yes, we already know you don't understand how forecasts, math, and science work. You don't have to keep reminding us.

He's the OP who created the thread and lacked the reading and scientific comprehension to understand what was being said in the article, so that would make him...

Sweet garbage, it was too warm last week.  I was walking around Seoul and they still had the heat cranked indoors like it was minus 10 out or something like it usually is at this time of year.  You'd walk around in plus 10 degree heat working up a sweat and then get slapped in the face by heaters cranked full blast.  I'd be soaked in sweat by the time I got to my hotel, motel room.  Had to wash my coat a couple of times to get rid of the stink of the sweat.  You'd think Koreans would learn to turn the heat down when it isn't frigid.  Heat and air con seem to go by calendar and have nothing to do with the actual temperatures outdoors.

I hate when the heat is on on the train.

It's 3 degrees outside, we're packed in a tube together and we're all wearing winter coats. That's enough.

While Ive gone on about different people having different temp prefs, I will say I abide by the rule of 약냉반 in the winter, avoided at all costs in the summer.

Being as IT SNOWED YESTERDAY and it was bone NUMBING cold on my walk to the bus stop this morning, may I ask why did we bump up a thread from LAST YEAR?  I sense someone wants to stir the pot.

No snow at all here.
It has been warmer than the last two winters here BY FAR.

Last night was the first time below minus-2.

Today's high is 2.

The last two winters in thisntown had SEVERAL freezing afternoons.

It is indeed warmer than usual in this Gyeongsangnamdo town.

Note: in 18 winters in this country, this is just the second time I have seen no snow. Of course, winter isn't over. Twice I recall snow on cherry blossoms in March.

Anyone thinking any day, week or month of weather in itself says anything for or against global warming is being unscientific. Variability demands a longer term, wider scale measurement than just you or I on our porch one day or month or season.

Yes, the thread was made last year, but it was also made this winter. The thread is about this winter, not 2019.

Hey, anyone want to go swimming in the Han River today?  It's so
hot and humid it is driving me nuts.  Maybe after we can hang out
in the part and drink Tequila Sunrises.

REMEMBER: Bring at least an SPF50+ sunblock.  Play safe.
