HELLO i buy used phone from korea
but the crazy thing the korean post or ems they not shipping batterys
i cant using DHL FEDEX TNT USP THEY ALL EXPENSIVE

Surface mail will work. It's very slow, but it is reliable. Typically takes about two or three months to arrive.

The category is surface parcel mail. It's also very cheap. They only prohibit batteries from airmail.

I JUST SEE on korea post on Dangerous Goods by Air
i finde only they not allow wet batteries ...thats on cars
and phones donot have wet ?

Japan and a lot of other countries also don't allow lithium ion batteries to be shipped by airmail.

It started a few years ago after there were reports of some rechargeable batteries spontaneously catching fire or exploding.

It's not just Korea.  In fact, Korea's rules are more lax than many others.  And the reason you haven't noticed before is new items are specifically packaged to the specifications such as the battery needs to ship outside of the device, not be put in the device.  New packages are already made by the company to ship the way they need to to follow the new guidelines.

they shipped me battery sony
and in april send me  a camecorder panasonic
back to korea post
so who buy phone its battery cant remove he must use expensive service delivery tnt dhl ups fedex
