I think this is a position for a Native Korean Teacher (Korean person who majored in English), assuming they have their own accommodation or live with parents / relatives ect.
Korean jobs don't provide housing for its own citizens.
Korea only provides housing for foreign English Teachers (i.e - Canadians/ Americans/ Australians/ British ect).

So why are they advertising here?
Everything is not as it seems.

I have no clue as to why they're advertising a position for a "Korean English teacher (한국인)" according to their original posting, as this is a place for foreigners residing in Korea.
Maybe they don't know any better, or think that the Waygookin's might know some Korean looking for a job? This posting would probably do better on a local Korean job search site.
