Les Miserables
« on: May 06, 2019, 04:16:49 am »
I ended up binge watching the BBC 2018 drama which was great and then watched the 2012 and then the 2010 musical in the O2 theater. It's so wonderful, it's the first movie/musical I have rewatched 4x now! I'm now wanting to go to the London show but turns out performances are halted    over the summer in prep of the move to another theater.

tbh I only knew it from Susan B. and 'Bring me home' from another BgTalent winner. ;D
Any ideas on how to introduce this to a group of mildly interested pubers?

I LOVED and recommend it to everyone. The theatre was seriously uncomfortable though, as far as I can remember, so maybe it's for the best they're moving it.

What was so uncomfortable about it and where are the best seats?

The seats were so small and i think just incredibly uncomfortable (quite hard maybe) I just remember my arse absolutely killing afterwards aha (and I've been to a lot of shows!)

I'm not entirely sure of the best seats...I think we just chose some mid price ones (The stalls I believe...).

It was worth the numb bum though for sure aha.

Sorry, I thought this was a thread about ESL teachers in Korea. I feel your pain. Been there, suffered that. Moved on to bigger and better things, you know, nice year round weather and a boss who respects you and your contributions.
