2.2 is base pay. Most of the foreign teachers at this location make at least 2.35.
Vacation is 10 days. Five days in the summer and five days in the winter.

This is mean, tightfisted and stingy. I read in the Korea Times that hagwon fees and profits are higher than at any time since 2007. What do you do with all the profit that doesn't go to the teachers? Does it go to the owner, who speaks zero English?
Does he/she invest it in property?

I worked at this school for 2013-14, I would not recommend anyone apply at this school..  I feel sorry for the students there.
The owners: Steve and Julia aren't very nice to the students and love to call them "babies" no matter their age group.

No...2.2 for a schedule of 10-7 is simply rubbish.  Though, surely you provide an hour lunch break, in which the teacher is legally allowed to leave, yes?

Your vacation days...surely, you provide a minimum of 10 WORKING DAYS, yes?

....even LCI Kids club pays 2.4 for those hours....get bent.
