Kindy Teaching Position- Goyang

My school has an opening for a Native English teacher. Please let me know if you have any questions.

School Name: Genesis English School
Location: Baekseok in Ilsan
Start date: May 2019
Hours: 10am-7pm (over an hour is given for lunch, and most days you either come in a bit later or leave a bit earlier depending on your schedule)
120 teaching hours a month, Average 6 teaching hours a day
Approx. Salary: 2.2 millon and up based on experience and schedule
Visa: E-2 sponsored, but will accept F-visas as well
Ages: Kindy- elem.
Benefits: Health insurance, severance,  pension, single-occupant apartment, flight to and from Korea, 10 paid vacation days
Extra info: The school has a preference for someone from the US or Canada. Class size is usually no larger than 10 students. There are five other foreign teachers working at the school. The director and owner are a married couple and are very nice and accommodating.

Why is the pay so low? Its 2019.....

Minimum wage is higher than this jobs salary in a lot of states in America.....

Whats the vacation like? 3months?

2.2 is base pay. Most of the foreign teachers at this location make at least 2.35.
Vacation is 10 days. Five days in the summer and five days in the winter.

  This is mean, tightfisted and stingy. I read in the Korea Times that hagwon fees and profits are higher than at any time since 2007. What do you do with all the profit that doesn't go to the teachers? Does it go to the owner, who speaks zero English?
Does he/she invest it in property?
