Here are two videos / games that can be used for this lesson. The first one is a 'Hidden Picture game' which is good to practice vocabulary and good as a warm up activity at the start of the class. The second is a jobs telepathy game which is good as a review   / writing lesson.

Each student gets a card and goes around to other students asking answering the question, "What do you want to be?" They answer with what is on their card. The goal is to find students with the same card. However, some students are spies and can say any answer they want. Once students think they found all members of their team, they go to the teacher, say the key expression, and reveal their cards. If their cards are the same, they win. However, if there is a spy on their team, the spy wins. More detailed instructions are mapped out in the PPT.

Students are divided into 3 teams: A, B, C. When the music starts, they pass an item around the circle in each team (item up to you). When the music stops, students who have the item in each team stand up. On the following slide, each student standing from each team chooses a box and makes a sentence. The teacher clicks the box to reveal how many points they got for their team. The team with highest number of points after all 10 rounds wins!

Letters or words move fast across the screen and once students figure out the word or sentence, they write it down. Can be played individually, in pairs, or in groups. See note section in the PPT for a more detailed explanation.

2.2 Carmen San Diego Spy Game and Cards- I played the old Carmern San Diego computer games and love the new Netflix series so I made a Carmen San Diego Spy Game. There is a short CSD trailer at the beginning of the PPT because I know my kids finally have Netflix so I thought I'd introduce them to it.

2.6 Disney Fast Pass- This usually is a Pass the Ball game but becuase of Covid I have the students rase their hands one and a time and when the person in front lowers their hand the next person can raise it and so on. When the music stops whoever has their hand in the air should stand up and make a sentence. I usually split the class into 3 groups so more students can speak.
