QUALIFICATIONS:
The qualifications are as follows:
-  Be a citizen of a country where English is the primary language (Australia, Britain, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, and the U.S.A)
-  Passes ten years of formal education in an English speaking country
-  Preferred Teaching experienced teacher or Education/English diploma or related experience or diploma…At least, must be a teacher with TEFL or TESOL Teaching Certificate(+100hrs) if you do not have Education diploma

 NOTE: Anyone who applies for this position needs to have following now or soon (except E2 or D10 visa holder in Korea)
*Nationwide criminal background check notarized with an apostille,
*Apostilled copy of your university degree ( Notarized by Korean consulate for Canadian)
*Valid passport with at least 18 months availability
*2 signed original reference letters from a former employer or professor or supervisor or co-Korean teacher
*1 sealed university transcript

COMPENSATION and BENEFITS
- Salary 2.1-2.6Million KRW
- 300,000 won one-time settlement allowance
- Travel Stipends of 2.6 Million KRW ( Entrance and Exit Allowance)
- In case of Housing allowance: 400,000 KRW per month
- 3 weeks paid vacation and all national holidays
- Medical contributions
- Pension contributions
- Severance payment
- 7 days special leave allowance
- 11 paid sick days

Oh, and the sick days, shouldn't you add an addendum along the lines of:

If you are not actually dead, but just feel like it, don't even think of taking a sick day, even though you are entitled to one, as you will be viewed with suspicion, and will be judged by all your co-workers as a selfish employee.

Sick days are like your grandmas finest China, beautiful to look at, but will never be used under any circumstances!

To be fair, I've never had an issue using sick days in my time in Korea. :o

Years of public school teaching with good references in lieu of a TESOL?  Classroom TESOLs, especially outside of Seoul are difficult to obtain.  I contacted many local universities and none offered one in English.  So, many of us experienced expats are without it.
