Ask your co-teacher for the teachers guide, this also has the DVDs. There are files for you on the DVDs and the teachers guide will take you through the textbook with explanations, target language and ideas for lessons.

Typically your teaching objectives come from the textbook as that is the real lesson path. Each lesson will target a different grammar point or some type of vocabulary like jobs and your teaching materials should center around that. How you teach those lessons depends on how many lessons you spend teaching each of the lessons in the textbook and also on what your co teachers want you to do.
