SOT School (Seocho)
« on: November 23, 2017, 11:16:01 pm »
Hi,

I was offered a contract by SOT School in Seocho but haven't been able to really find any recent information about them. Is there anyone who have heard about this school?

Thanks!

They have recently offered me an interview, but I can't find any info about them either. Trying to decide if I should accept the interview or not.

Can't say much else other than: RUN.

That's pretty much enough for me.

Could you tell me your reasoning? Out of curiosity?

I have an interview scheduled for Monday...

May I ask what the problems with the school etc were to make you say that?

If you guys can understand, I can't say much until my contract is done but know that out of 16 teachers only 3 resigned. The rest are leaving extremely unhappy and are counting down the days till the end of contract. Some even decided to go back home because of this experience.

My contract is done so I'd be happy to answer questions however I would only answer via pm for anyone. Also I, as well as many previous teachers that I am well acquainted with, can support what "abcdef" says about passing on the contract. There are healthier work environments out there. Question everything and do your research (as it seems like you are)!
