The Queen Majesty Scotch Bonnet & Ginger was a one of my favorites.

Too often, hot sauces are just novelty, where you wouldn't use the product regularly, like Blair's or Da Bomb (WTH), but the Bonnet & Ginger would be used.

This renewed thread has inspired me to go back and tackle the Donkatsu challenge, sans hangover, and some confidence after the ghost pepper. (Which was f'in really painful, much more than the donkatsu)

Do they use extract on the Donkatsu to make it hot?

They actually use a ghost pepper sauce on the cutlet. haha. I've had a fresh one, time to hit the sauce.

That would be nice.

Extracts are a bit too dangerous for my liking :)

Tom's Pizza in Hongdae has the Spiciest Pizza in Korea Challenge (that said, I heard a few regulars in there claim it's the spiciest in Asia, but who knows?).

I did it last night, 8" pie, 6 mins to eat it, no drinking anything during.

DONE. I'm the second to do it. My name's up on the Wall of Flame, baby.

Pizza is 12 000W and if you succeed they give you a 25 000W Gift card.

This wasn't as bad as the donkatsu challenge, which I failed twice. Haha.

Give this a shot if you're brave enough. Bringing a date helps as extra motivation to complete it. ;)

Does eating food that spicy, that quickly come back on you? I've had some terrible ring burn after an extra spicy meal. It's just not worth it these days.

I immediately vomited after being told I'd told I'd finished it. Looked at my date, smiled, fist bumped my friends and proceeded straight to the can, self induced vomiting, it would have happened an hour later anyway.

So, no ass pain. At least not from the spicy food.
Jeez. That's intense.

Wait, what happened to my comment? It's quoted, 2 or 3 times, and now it's gone.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, I got someone pegged for this. But I'm not sure yet. Time to do some digging.

후라이드 참 잘하는 집 has something called 디진다핫치킨 which is at my threshold of being hot, slightly painful but still enjoyable.  Highly recommended.
