I'm brand new to teaching, and I've only been in Korea for 3 weeks.
So far I've been getting by fine teaching elementary, as we use the textbook and my coteacher is usually pretty clear on what he wants from me.

But now he wants me to "make a curriculum/lesson plan" to do a 2 hour teacher's workshop.
I have no idea what to do, and I think this is just the first of many.
I've never taught before this, let alone taught adults who are also my superiors/coworkers.
I know he wants dialogue, and he says they are intermediate.

If someone could give me some ideas/guidance that would be great
