How about you bring that attitude down here to  Busan....?

Send me a PM...we'll talk about it.
If it's basic literacy classes you were after,  I can provide them via Skype. There would be no need for a 12 hour flight north to Busan. I could probably fit you you in the evenings for 50 bucks an hour. Of course you'd have to learn some manners before our classes could commence.

You are not even in Korea?  Dam....I always have an open door policy for gutter-sniping keyboard warriors trying to lecture others on manners.

You are 12 hours away....LOL!

OK, pet

Yes it's a shame that you drag us all into the gutter with your obsequiousness to the half wit red hat brigade. But I will be visiting relatives next month. Perhaps we could make a date for tea and scones in Dalmaji if you're up for it? You could wear your red hat if you like if you could the time off from your kindy.

History, if trump is re-elected, may well judge Mueller harshly for not deposing trump, among other things.  Yet the report and his testimony make it pretty clear russia helped elect trump and that rump, afraid of who knows exactly what, sought to obstruct Mueller's investigation.

And impeachment is, with every passing day, picking up more support in Congress and with the American public.

That trump has gone full racist shows either a flawed campaign strategy or a desperation borne out of his fear of going to jail if not re-elected.

The dems are banging on trump's closet door and can hear the skeleton bones rattling.

Well, finally.  After Trump's obvious guilt with the Mueller probe, it was just a matter of time before the Democrats had to wait for him to do something impeachable again.

Apparently, even if he gets impeached, he will be acquitted by the Senate. That means all of this is a waste of time.

Not necessarily. If he is forced to testify, as Clinton was, he'll no doubt hang himself.  Plus all that he's currently fighting hard to keep secret could come out. Who knows what and how many skeletons are hanging in dishonest don's closet.

I understand that.  After this latest episode with the Ukrainians, if the Democrats did nothing, that would have been much worse.  trump doesn't know how to do anything properly or lawfully.  It was brazen use of threats from trump to withdraw funding in the hope of finding dirt on Biden.  One can only hope that the stonewalling from people called to testify will mean we won't have any repeats like the lewandowski farce.  Once people are held accountable for not answering questions, then we're on a new level and more will come out.  Add in the fact that people like trump and rudy constantly shoot their mouths off which means they'll be in a whole lot more trouble.  Of course, the senate will kick it out but the hope is that the more verifiable drt that is discovered can only damage trump.

Bring it on.

"It got almost no attention, but in May, CNN reported that Sens. Robert Menendez, D-N.J., Richard Durbin, D-Ill., and Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., wrote a letter to Ukraineís prosecutor general, Yuriy Lutsenko, expressing concern at the closing of four investigations they said were critical to the Mueller probe. In the letter, they implied that their support for U.S. assistance to Ukraine was at stake....

"So, it's okay for Democratic senators to encourage Ukraine to investigate Trump, but it's not okay for the president to allegedly encourage Ukraine to investigate Hunter Biden?

"On Tuesday, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., announced that Congress will initiate a formal impeachment inquiry over the Ukraine episode.... Such an investigation will be far more damaging for Biden than the president. It will keep the story of Biden's conflict of interest in the news through the 2020 election. Senate Republicans can demand that Hunter Biden testify, and subpoena Obama White House aides to explain under oath what the vice president knew and when he knew it.... While Senate Republicans will not remove Trump from office, Democratic primary voters might decide that Biden and his troubles are a distraction they do not need. The irony is the Democrats' investigation might do more to deny Biden the presidency than Trump."

Nice try but no ceegar.

They sent an official letter acting in their capacity as Congressional oversight.  As quoted in the article, there was NO implication financial aid would be withheld. Much, MUCH different than dishonest don's phone call, made immediately after he stopped aid to Ukraine.

Let's not forget that dishonest don may well be coming down hard on Ukraine at the behest of his buddy (handler?) putin.

There's no irony here, just typical repub corruption. Remember ronnie's deal with Iran that helped him win election? Iran-Contra? Watergate?

You really think going after Trump for going after Biden's son getting paid $50k a month to snort coke off of Ukrainian floozies is going to motivate the public to run him out of office?

This doesn't win.

as you're a little confused on this issue and are ignoring the fact there is no evidence of wrongdoing by Biden with regards to his son, I'm gonna just let you continue thinking that trump is doing a bigly great job.  ok?  we get it, he can do no wrong, and the democrats are badly baddest.  it's okay... at the current rate of trump going mental, it probably won't even be up to the public ultimately.  still, he's got guiliani sticking up for him  :undecided:

We'll see. Rumors are that a big story is going to drop tomorrow in TheHill that undercuts Biden's entire claim on this.

Let's review some things
1) According to NYTimes reporter Kenneth P. Vogel, the Ukrainians were unaware that funding was being withheld. https://twitter.com/kenvogel/status/1176882766597767168  This makes it INCREDIBLY difficult to prove either a bribery or extortion claim.
2) The President of the United States is allowed to order investigations of criminal wrongdoing, if there is reasonable suspicion, even if that person is a political rival. Remember Trump-Russia? That opened the floodgates.
3) The part where Trump asks for a "favor" doesn't even pertain to Joe Biden. It deals with 2016 election interference.

It's going to take more than this to get 55% of Americans to support impeachment.

Manufacturing jobs down, economic uncertainty up, environment despoiled, obstruction of justice regarding the russki investigation, which this confirms, playing lapdog to Kim in NK and Putin in Russia, making things worse in the ME by pulling out of the treaty with Iran, inviting the taliban to Camp David on 9/11, farmers going bankrupt thanks to trade war and corruption throughout the administration.

This phone call was just the tipping point.
