Destroying the uranium one myth?

In that video she’s just says that she didn’t approve then uranium one deal.  Nothing more .  No evidence nothing . Who cares what she’s smith says .

The evidence is so overwhelming that bill and Hillary used  the state department to enrich themselves, there is no question.  Convicting an ex president in court is not easy though .

As far as uranium one, she greenlighted the sale of uranium to a state controlled Russian company in exchange for millions in donations to her foundation and to bills speeches.

You lefties are so arrogant, that you think people pay hundreds of thousands just to hear bill Clinton speak

Supporting bill and Hillary has come to mean that you are a blind partisan zombie, give her up.

“When she became secretary of state, Hillary Clinton continued to support a robust CFIUS and led efforts by the panel to block Chinese companies from buying a mining business, a fiber-optic company, and even a wind farm in Oregon.78
But however hawkish Hillary might have been on other deals, this one sailed through. The Russian purchase of Uranium One was approved by CFIUS on October 22, 2010. Hillary’s opposition would have been enough under CFIUS rules to have the decision on the transaction kicked up to the president. That never happened.
The result: Uranium One and half of projected American uranium production were transferred to a private company controlled in turn by the Russian State”
“Still, despite a long record of publicly opposing such deals, Hillary didn’t object. Why the apparent reversal? Could it be because shareholders involved in the transactions had transferred approximately $145 million to the Clinton Foundation or its initiatives? Or because her husband had profited from lucrative speaking deals arranged by companies associated with those who stood to profit from the deal? Could it be because Bill—and possibly she herself—had quietly helped build the uranium assets for the company to begin with”

It’s a big smoke screen , so that when you talk about Hillary and uranium one, the mindless partisans automatically say, oh I know this game , the Russia conspiracy game .  Well with Hillary it was a real conspiracy .

The meeting’s off.
He might be able to pencil it in.
Does everybody have to go through all this bullsh*t to get the Nobel?
Just give the man his goddamned trophy already!

We will NOT take ‘We’ll see what happens’ for an answer.

Basically, Trump is that guy we've all worked with who thinks 'we'll wait and see' is the only way to do things.  The kind of person who'll wait until the last possible day to pay invoices and bills,
Except Trump famously doesn't pay his bills.

If you are in a hardball negotiation with a Korean/Asian firm and their CEO openly mocks your #2 before the big meeting, do you cancel or do you go ahead?

Obama had his fancy words but he didn't have enough sense to turn around and get back on that plane.

I’m going to bet that you are so blinded by ideology that you can’t see or read and make independent judgments

So here’s a question ?  Why did bill pardon Marc rich?  An act  jimmy carter called disgraceful.

Talk about the pot calling he kettle black.  Liberals are the ones who do the awareness and have the big ideas where every one else has to do the work.     Look at the Haitian relief effort that bill Clinton personally headed.  They said 20 k House were to be built , and they built 2700 houses in the end, and they went 30 million over budget.  He gave deals to incompetent friends and family and used the government as a piggy bank.

Without trump none of this nk deal would have happened.   China knew the dems were fools and he said one thing and did another.  Trump actually went through and pressured China. Zte and other businesses were really sanctioned this time, and the chinese know that trump meant business .   Un knows that trump means business too.
Dems are useless in foreign policy and every country laughs at them.  Their only strong suite is domestic policy and that just involves giving things to people for free, aka bribing.

Donald Trump tweet, putting the 'ME' into 'Memorial Day'...

Quote
Happy Memorial Day! Those who died for our great country would be very happy and proud at how well our country is doing today. Best economy in decades, lowest unemployment numbers for Blacks and Hispanics EVER (& women in 18years), rebuilding our Military and so much more. Nice!

Compared to...

Quote
"On #MemorialDay we honor the American heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice defending our values and protecting our freedoms. We owe them a debt of gratitude we can never repay."

South Carolina GOP Sen. Lindsey Graham's tweet.

or...

Quote
"We can never truly repay the debt we owe our fallen heroes. But we can remember them, honor their sacrifice, and affirm in our own lives those enduring ideals of justice, equality, and opportunity for which generations of Americans have given that last full measure of devotion."

Obama

or...

Quote
“Mr. President: My father was MIA in Vietnam for 30 years. I will visit him at Arlington today. There is nothing “happy” about #MemorialDay,”

Retired US Army Major General Paul Eaton.

Surprised that Cadet Bonespurs dragged himself off the golf course for this.

Also, Robert O’Neill, the former SEAL claimed to have shot Bin Laden.

Quote
Don’t wish me a happy Memorial Day. There is nothing happy about the loss of the brave men and women of our armed forces who died in combat defending America. Memorial Day is not a celebration.

Memorial Day is a time for reflection, pause, remembrance and thanksgiving for patriots who gave up their own lives to protect the lives and freedom of us all – including the freedom of generations long gone and generations yet unborn. We owe the fallen a debt so enormous that it can never be repaid.

At the moment, there is no deal.  The person who has worked hard to make 'it' happen is Moon.  Trump spends his whole time, 'waiting and seeing'.  If Moon did nothing, there'd be no chance of a deal at all.  As soon as the Nobel Prize was mentioned, that was the only thing Trump focused on, and of course, he doesn't deserve it in the least.  His personality leeches off the hard work of others.
Pretty sure this deal isn't happening without Trump.

Because Trump is so despised by the establishment, he is likely the only U.S. leader Kim could "trust" following the Libya debacle. At least Kim knows that Trump will stand up to the establishment and the war interest and the media. Pretty every institution that is responsible for Libya-Syria outside of the U.S. military, loathes Trump.

How could Kim trust Obama? That man wouldn't even stand up for his own country when China dissed him during his arrival. Trump meanwhile withdraws from talks after his VP is insulted.

the media yelled at Trump over sanctions on China, then they yell at him over bellicose language, then they yell at him during his Asia diplomatic summit, then they yell at him for tweeting directly to Kim, then they yell at him for 'Fire and Fury', then they yell at him over which cabinet people to appoint and their work on North Korea, then they yell at him for talking to Kim, then they yell at him for not talking to Kim, and THEN they say he's had no impact and on and on and on.

It's just reflexive anti-Trumpism, nothing more. There's no coherent narrative, just "Trump did it, so it must be wrong."

Trusting Trump after Libya but you've got Pence and Bolton cheerleading the "Libya Model". Yeah, ok!

What's Trump's discussion with KJU: "Just ignore those idiots. With me, you'll be in power for life. Now, about that Trump Hotel Pyeongyang."

Standing up to China? Compared to Trump who has caved dramatically to China's demands. Still waiting for that "China is a currency manipulator" to be America's foreign policy.

"No coherent narrative." That seems to be the running commentary coming out of the White House via Trump's twitter feed.

Ivanka Trump’s fashion and homewares business received initial approval from the Chinese government for five trademark applications days before her father announced a U-turn in policy on ZTE, a Chinese telecoms firm that has admitted breaking US sanctions on Iran and North Korea.

Chinese trademark documents detailing the approvals were made public by Citizens for Ethics and Responsibility in Washington (Crew), a watchdog group. The group said the first daughter and White House adviser, who represents the US at diplomatic events, already held more than a dozen trademarks in China and multiple pending applications. Donald Trump holds more than 100 trademarks in China.

The five approvals, for applications made in 2017, came through on 7 May. On 13 May, Trump made the surprise announcement that he had instructed the Department of Commerce to help get ZTE “back into business”.

In April, the US government accused ZTE of misleading regulators after it settled charges of violating sanctions against North Korea and Iran. Its punishment was to be banned from US suppliers for seven years.

The latest registration approvals won by Ivanka Trump Marks llc include business trademark rights on goods including bathmats, textiles and baby blankets. While Ivanka Trump has stepped back from running the company while serving as an adviser to her father, she continues to profit from the business.

In the last three months, with what experts say is unusual speed, China has granted final approval for 13 trademarks and provisional approval for eight more. According to the New York Times, Ivanka Trump now holds 34 trademarks in the world’s second-largest economy. While she does not have a large business in China, most of her US imports are shipped from there. Clothing has been exempted from tariffs threatened by her father as part of his aggressive trade policy.

Crew executive director Noah Bookbinder told the Associated Press the timing of the announcement “raises significant questions about corruption, as it invites the possibility that [Ivanka Trump] could be benefiting financially from her position and her father’s presidency or that she could be influenced in her policy work by countries’ treatment of her business”.

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2018/may/28/ivanka-trump-won-china-trademarks-donald-trump-zte-reversal

All sounds rather 'swampy' to me.

n China, princelings are privileged relatives of high-level government officials. Princelings benefit from nepotism and cronyism, using their family ties to conduct business and accumulate wealth. They also serve as conduits for currying favor with their official relations.

Now President Trump has given us the ultimate Chinese import: American princelings. They are his sons Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, daughter Ivanka Trump and son-in-law Jared Kushner.

Each engages in business activities and trades on their relationship with the president to pursue business deals and accumulate wealth.

Princelings Donald Jr. and Eric run President Trump’s worldwide business enterprises, although the president still owns and profits from his businesses.
Can you spell nepotism, boys and girls? Can you spell cronysim? How about corruption?

What's that smell?
