Chocolate chip MICROWAVE cookies!

I did this with 2 students (halved the recipe so they could make their own small batch) and it actually wasn't too bad. The taste was alright and so was the texture even though it doesn't have that "golden" look.

Just don't make HUGE cookies. And if they still don't look all finished, take out the ones that are done and keep microwaving the rest in 30sec -1min intervals.

^^

To explore the camping in forest you can also visit the wildlife sanctuary in Jim Corbett National Park.

yo...i just made the best "brownie chocolate mug cake" YALL.
I got it from youtube but here's the super super super simple reciple:
2 TB of: milk, butter (u gotta melt it first), sugar, cocoa powder, flour (you can add more for "cakey texture" and some baking powder).
a pinch of salt

microwave for 70 sec on a weak microwave....or 50 sec on a stronger one.

IT IS SO DANG GOOD. i made one as a model for my students and then i ate it all b/c i didnt wanna share :P

Make sure to micowave the butter first....you have to melt it before mixing in the rest of the ingredients otherwise it comes out weird :P
