Small talk conversation book with English & Korean

While teaching adults in Korea, we have continually found that a major skill they lack is the ability to make conversational small talk. As such, we created this small talk guide with questions arranged by topic, the 1st page being in English, and the following page being in Korean.  Our students have been a fan of the guide.  I recommend working it in for about 5-10 minutes at the beginning or end of teaching adults.  Lemme know if you have any questions :)
