Huts on Muui Island Beach
« on: May 02, 2012, 10:01:30 am »
I am going to Muui Island with some friends and I was wondering if anybody knew how to go about renting a beach hut.  Should I prebook or simply walk in and rent one on the day of?

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
J

Do you mean Muido, the island near to Incheon?

If so, we just go ours on the day. I think we paid 40K for it, it was 3 years ago tho.

One thing to consider: The huts you mentioned are on a very sunny beach with little shade to be found. I found it to be terrible!
What was preferrable was Silmi Beach over on the other side. Lots of trees and seemed much quieter as well. Though it might have cost slightly more. Just my 2 cents.

Actually it's no mistake. It's Muido 무의도 and "do" is island so it would be redundant to call it "Muido island."
That occurs to me when I see people on here talking about "Jeju do island."
