Title: Clothes lessons: digital paper dolls
Post by: jessica43452 on January 27, 2014, 03:14:25 pm
There are lessons on clothing for every grade, so I thought this might be better in the general thread.

I just found two digital paper dolls and am imagining endless utility and time wasted in class.

1.  Hipster Dress Up: One girl to whom you can add pants, shorts, skirts, shirts, sweaters, accessories, ect. Warning: she starts in just underwear, so you may want to add some clothes before you turn on the projector.

2. Stardoll: A Polish site with templates for a bunch of celebrities (including Koreans!), each with their own wardrobe. Most start clothed and you add stuff on top. (Though you can remove everything down to their skinnies.)

Thank you for the link. What great activities. Stardoll should be a hit but I think Hipster Dress Up's simple layout will work better for my elementary students.
