I spent a few sporadic months putting this Dragon Ball Z bomb game together. A bow and a thanks to Sprite06 for the inspiration. I’ve attached the weird fonts as well, all in a zip folder – as you know, drag them into your fonts folder in your Control Panel before using the game.
The 6 font locations: ahn2006-B is for the question/answer text (this is the only one you'll actually have to edit), Saiyan Sans (normal, left and right oblique) is for a bunch of obvious stuff, Bauhaus 93 is for reward levels, and Berlin Sans FB Demi is for numbers/exclamation points that would otherwise be in Saiyan Sans (no #’s in Saiyan Sans).
Special Slides:
- Higher level rewards that correspond to Super Saiyan levels
- Villains that erase all teams' levels
- "Stop training" slides that take away levels
- "Blast" slides that let you blast another team's levels
- Rock Paper Scissors - Team picks an enemy and plays, winner gets levels
- Shenron Dragon slides let you choose between switching levels with another team or blasting all of a team's levels away.
I put some real elbow grease into this, so if anything’s amiss please let me know. I don't have an older Powerpoint version to test the .ppt file on, so please let me know if there are issues. I really hope you guys (and your students!) like it.
PS: I know it’s a big file with a lot of visuals, but I couldn’t live with myself if I cut corners.

Great work! Really, one of the best I've seen thus far!
But, could you please tell me how I would go about installing the font? Thanks :)

Legendary! Thank you sooo much for making this. Very professional! This is the best ppt I have seen. I love that the little clips correspond to the power level on the scout! Awesome.
-
OMG!! Thank you so much!! It's so funny because for the past two weeks I had been thinking about doing the same thing but now I guess I won't have to! Thanks! Love it! <3

I also just wanted to give you your props for this game.
Probably the best game I've seen on this site. The students had a good time with it and I did too.
The points being calculated by the scouter was really good. The students would count off with each beep and guess where it would stop.
Having the points in the 1000's also made it seem much more devastating when a 'You found the dragon balls--switch points/blast away points' option, or Cell/Freiza came along to take away everyones points.
Thanks.

YES!
I teach elementary students, and I'm hoping some of them will know the awesomeness that is DBZ.
Best Character:
The ultimate badass and the prince of all Saiyans, Vegeta!
Best fight, Maijin Vegeta vs. Kakarot

My students just about stroked out. Successful bomb game to say the least.

Looks great.
Looks wayyyy better with the fonts. If you're one of those people who doesn't download fonts you absolutely need to for this game.
-
Amazing game... I think that instead of all these training things I go to someone should sit down in front of a computer and a projector in front of a class of teachers with computers and teach them step by step how to make a PPT as good as this!!
Which bring me to my second porblem... how to I download or drag the fonts to where they are supposed to be???
-
Looks absolutely amazing.
Thanks so much for sharing all of your hard work, you are a champion!

Years later..
For anybody needing to install the fonts, just download the .zip of the fonts, then extract it to your desktop by right clicking and click "extract here" (you need to extract because .zip is a compressed format and your computer can't do anything with it in that form. extracting turns them into "regular" files). Then open your control panel and then the "Fonts" folder. Just drag all the extracted (regular) font files into that Fonts folder and they'll install automatically.

Hahahaha slide 8....amazing.
-
How do you get the game, sounds interesting

Hi - I've recently returned to using waygook after changing job. I can see links to google drives on some posts, but not on others, yours being one of them. Any idea why that is? Is it a subscription thing? I used to have a lot of games from Sprite and Daejeon, but they all got lost on a corrupt key. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello omg it's been years.. but I still have this game on my computer so I'd like to share with you guys but I can't compress it smaller than 50MB, when I try and zip it. Any tips?

If the file size is too big you can always upload it to your Google drive & share the link here.

I really want to try this game out! Huge DBZ fan here!
Do I need a certain number of posts before I can download it?

Could you please send the link to download the file, please :(

You have to pay 5 USD per month or 20 USD per year for downloads.

Here's a copy of the file compressed down to 7 MB or so.
Converted the audio to aac files and compressed the pictures as best I could.
And I converted the large gif files to videos.
