Title: "Powerpoint can't open this file, because it is in use by another user"

Sloppy syntax aside, why do I constantly get this error message? I have Powerpoint 2003, which is sometimes incompatible I realise, but what on earth does that message mean? It's clearly not in use by another user... help would be greatly appreciated on this one!
