Hello
Here are some materials I have made for lesson 6
Some picture flashcards and some key sentence cards to use on the board. Please note that I put the word on the picture flashcards at the top of the page to make it easier to see over other students heads.
There is a full transcript of the CD with translation in Korean (also from the CD)
This year I made a small booklet for the students in my reading club using some of the material from the CD - with Korean translations for most of it.

Introductory PPT with vocab & key expressions as well as a pirate game. Be sure to check this post every now & again as I'll be editing it if/when I make more files for the later parts of the lesson.
***UPDATE*** The intro PPT had the wrong translation on slide 17 which has now been fixed. Sorry about that.
All Periods Intro: Pretty self explanatory. (Ideal for all periods)
Pirate Game: Grid based speaking game. (Ideal for the first or second period)
Telepathy Game: A list of words appear on screen & students choose one to write down on paper or whiteboards. If they guess correctly they get a point (12 rounds). (Ideal for the third period)

Hi all!
Just thought I'd add the telepathy game that I made into the mix - lots of bright colors and shapes!
There's a 15-second timer audio on each slide that goes with disappearing rainbows so the students can see if they're running out of time (although it takes about 17 seconds in reality), and each slide has 4 color options on it, but you'd be able to add more if you like. Even though there is a timer, you have to click to get it to start eliminating colors (just one click and it will start the sequence) so that students have time to hold up their answers and check before we tell them which is right.
The first few have the names of the colors written out, the last few do not.
Also, I added a "trick" slide at the end - one of the colors gets eliminated first, but then re-appears to be the winning color.
Edit:
I'm also attaching a 4 corners game that I made for my 4th graders (Cheonjae Grade 4) that I adapted for colors. I posted the written word around the room and displayed pictures on the powerpoint, but you'd easily be able to switch the two. You can also play without the picture slides and tape pieces of paper to each side of a die and roll that to make it actually a random selection.

Mondrian Project
Using the project from the student's books on page 68, I modified it a bit. I showed students a picture of Mondrians on google and told them that we were going to make our own.
Out of the 6 colors that students practice writing in the chapter, they are to choose only 4.
They must write their name and these four colors on the back.
The teacher must check the spelling and writing before they use only these four colors to color in their Mondrian.
Notes:
-This must be printed double sided.
-I gave my students about 10 minutes. Certain students spent too much time choosing colors to write and some wrote them in Korean (just to have me make them change it to English). Also, out of 20 students, only 2 truly finished before the time was up (IDK if my students are just personally super slow or what...).

Here is a pass the ball game video which i am going to use for my colors class. It is pass the ball music which stops and starts on its own. I plan on using this and asking the students what color something is in the classroom. Simple, no prep game that the kids love to play. :)

made ppts for each period by combining the materials on here. Made my own version of the booklet. Students liked this for lesson 5 so decided it to do it again for this lesson.
Period 1. They will play a dance and say game. File was too large. Essentially when the music plays they dance and then i show them a picture and they say what color it is. this was my way of replacing 4 corners game since covid regulations.
Period 2 they will play finger ddr.
Period 3 is the color telepathy game taken from here
Period 4 i don't like the book project so i'm giving them color by number worksheets i found online and doing a ABC test where i say the letter and the write the answer.
https://www.coloringsquared.com/theme-coloring/coloring-squared-murals/color-by-number-murals/
Period 5 they will play the luigi speaking game.
files are too large for period 3 and 4 as well as the dancing game and luigi speaking game. if you would like those files i could email them. just send a message on here. :)
thanks to original creators everything was taken from here and modified for my classes.

period 3 and 4 and luigi game. didn't let me post earlier even tho files are not over the limit but this time it did.

A reading and writing game for this chapter.
For the reading game, I edited the Stay Alive game to be individual instead of teams. Everyone stands up. A red heart means they're safe, white heart means they're out and sit down, the bottle means the can choose someone that is out to stand up again, and the swords mean they can choose someone to eliminate. They had a ton of fun with it, so a big thanks to the original PPT maker.
For the writing game, I adapted the Wolf and Sheep telepathy style game. I made a couple stylistic changes to the PPT, but nothing major. My kids really got a kick out of the wolf howl lol. I didn't make the worksheet, but I'll attach it to this post just in case someone hasn't seen it and finds it helpful. Thank you again to the original creator!!

Clash Royale game imnida!
That was amazing, my students loved it. Thanks for sharing!

I did these activities for my open class.
Color telepathy - Students read my mind and choose one of four colors they think the object I'm thinking of is. The black and white object will colorize and if the color matches their choice, they get a point.
What's in your bag? - Students color items in their bag then write sentences based on their color choices and present to the class. Use two or more colors for a challenge.
There is also a useful color matching worksheet included in the color telepathy word handout.

Here are some material I used for the lesson. An intro ppt with korean translation and colorbubblies song with lyrics I used in period 1. I found a color guessing game from here and edited it into a stand up sit down telepathy game that lasts about 10 minutes. I have also attached a color worksheet with a color by number and word search I used in Period 3. Hope it is helpful and everything has korean translation.
