I have a strong craving for a PB&J right now, but I don't have any J in my kitchen. So I'm eating cereal instead for lunch.
That sounds so unsatisfying.
No jam.

That's a much moodier 'no jam' than I try to project, Kyndo.

-----------------------------------------------------------

Speaking of no jam, I've been going without the J, and the P, and even the bread - in fact, without lunch altogether - for the past month an a half. It started off as a way to avoid not being included/being pitifully included in lunch cliques (yes, I am 찐따) but now I do it because I realized I'm just not that hungry and much prefer having the free time. Just throw back a few milk cartons and I'm golden.

Well, if you *do* ever decide to go full goth, these are the jars lacking jam that I would recommend for you:

No shame. I want to try to get out early, so I would love it is a few of you could provide some input on the "HELP MEH!!" thread that is on the right under Recent Lesson Plans. :)

Nah man. I've been down that road before, and I've seen things nobody should ever have to see.

This is why I really wish some of the lesson plan threads were on the front page, some of them are way more interesting than  20+ American politics threads.

I knew someone would try. I've had the KIS message a thousand times, never had my country get blocked, wholesale, from another country, however.

What did the Korean tourists do at the Icelandic Phallic Museum?

I thought this was a set up for a bawdy pun.

Uhhh...they called the curator a 노디크?

Yesterday the sky was really clear and blue in the town where my travel school is. My students were all pointing it out like it was some kind of rare phenomenon (which I guess in Korea it is). One of the first things I started missing when I moved here was the clear blue African sky I had taken for granted for so long. It's kinda sad. I think when I go home I will really make a point of appreciating the whole lying on the grass looking up at blue skies and fluffy clouds thing.

Planning workshop usually stresses me out (I overthink it then it usually gets canceled) since levels are all over the place and I'm not accustomed to "teaching" adults.

Then I had an epiphany.  Let's just practice common phrases by playing games like in my normal classes.  None of these teachers are super serious.

Time to play flip cup and cup pong.   8)

Just saw this yesterday.

National Geographic is having a "point your camera up" contest for kids:

I noticed that twice this past week. Actual blue skies. Mentioned it to my wife and got in trouble for complaining about the grey skies cos that's China's fault. Seriously.
