Well that depends, where is your location?  Most bookstores like Kyobo sell used CD'S and DVDs.  However, if you are looking for specifically Kpop, your best bet is online.

What kpop artists are you looking for?

There's a reason why kpop cds are not commonly sold as used.  It's because they are all available to download online.  But if you are a collector, it's possible to get them cheaper online.

I can't promise what price they are at, but there is a rather large outdoor electronics market just across the West side and behind the E-mart at Cheonggye-chon in Seoul.  That's between Sindang and Dongmyo stations, but East of those stations between them and the E-mart.  There are a few shops selling used CD's and used high-end stereo equipment directly in the alley back behind and across the street from that E-mart.

there's a chain of shops called aladdin that do used books, cds and dvds. there's one in the underground part of seomyeon. if you walk towards SPAO, on the right side, you should find it. there are steps going up towards it.

There are a few second-hand record and CD stores in NampoDong, do a search for 'Busan record store/shop'. Found some good metal CDs and vinyls over there, but K-Pop CDs? No comment!

ok thanks for the spots guys. personally, i don't listen to kpop but there are a lot of people who do (not saying i'm above it, though). i should have said korean music, not specifically kpop. i'll check out the places you mentioned, and get back with kind of a review for others who might be interested.

long live patti kim!
