Has anyone seen "Wicked" here in Korea?

If so, where did you sit in the theater? How much did you pay?

I was looking at the 50,000W tickets, 3rd floor. Is that a terrible view from up there?

thanks for any info

I saw it!

It was amazing!

But I was on the ground floor, second row.  The ticket was 130,000won.  I know that sounds expensive, but it's not too far off from the price I paid for seats in Chicago and those seats wern't as good.  Just thinking about the layout of the theatre though - I think you would be fine, just try to get central seats if you can and not side ones.

But I've seen it in Chicago and New York (with most of the original cast), but I think that the Australian company here was my favorite performance of it.

I did the 3rd row and you couldn't see anyone's faces.  :( It was still an amazing experience, but I wish I had splurged for better seats.

It was amazing. We were on the second floor and it was still an amazing view. We had the first row on the second floor and had a perfect view and looked down right on it. I am not one to pay for expensive tickets. You still get what you need out of it, no matter where you are sitting. But that is just my opinion.

We paid 70,000 per ticket and sat on the third floor. The view wasn't perfect and I was pissed off walking into the theatre. By the time we came out though we were thoroughly satisfied.

I realllllyyyy wanted to go and the only seats left were in the very back row of the entire theatre.  It was still great!

I could see no problem.  I say go for the cheap ticket!^^

I was on the 3rd floor balcony almost at the back, but it was still amazing! I completely reccommend going to watch the show. We could still see everything just fine.

I saw it, I got  the 3rd balcony but within the first two rows. It was well worth it - for the play AND the seats. I'd go see the play again in an instant.

I saw it here and had seats on the 3rd floor balcony. The performance was still amazing but I think I would have preferred to splurge to get better seats and a better view.

It was my first musical.  Opted for the expensive floor seats and took my girlfriend.  Not worth it in my opinion.  For my money, I'd much rather watch 13 movies in the theaters than one musical.  It was cool but not that cool.

It might be worth 50k but I never sat up there so I dunno.
