Korean schools should operate more like the Foo Fighters
« on: March 28, 2012, 02:22:37 PM »
Have you seen the foo fighters documentary?  Do you know how many band members they went through before they had Taylor, Nate, and Chris?

Some people are just not compatible together, and forcing them to work together doesn't make good music.

It's like getting an apartment with a random roommate.

My dear sir, I do think it is a fine idea to sign this contract, and then discover if the person I will be working with, in the same room, from Monday-Friday is compatible is a fine, fine..  idea.

btw, "everlong" for the win,

I was under the impression that all jobs require you to work with people you don't necessarily like.

what he said^

Ideally, I don't even think the idea of "working for someone else" is a good thing but realistically it's what many of us have to do right now and working with people you hate isn't always that bad -- especially in Korea. There are so many cultural gaps here that make working with people you would otherwise loathe much easier to deal with.
