Looking for teachers to interview on their experiences in Korea
« on: January 31, 2019, 02:54:27 PM »
Hi! My name is Hal. I started out in Korea 8 years ago working for GEPIK, moved into opening academies in Korea, and finally settled on creating resources for teachers on the web.  I'm looking for any teachers that have got something to say about their experiences living and teaching in Korea to feature on our site. Look forward to hearing your stories! Feel free to reply or pm me.

Here is a sample of some of the questions i'd like to ask.

Thanks, Hal

Hey Hal,

I've only been here for eight months, but I'd be happy to answer any questions you have! Shoot me a PM with whatever questions you'd like and an email I can send them!

Appreciate that! Actually, the eight month bit is great.  Differing but valuable insights come from bieng here different stages I believe.  So, the person that's just been here 1-3 months vs 6 months to 1 year vs 2 years vs the lifers all give a window into the life here at differing stages.  For instance, one might find that 3 year teachers have a lot more insight but that it is often wieghted down with cynicism and it may do more harm than good for someone that has only been here for a few months (they might also be a complete life-saver). Anyhow, I think a bit of diversity is always best! I'll PM you.
