Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

Just saw this movie and I really enjoyed it. I definitely recommend watching it. In my opinion it's probably the best Spider-Man movie in a while.

My daughter would like it.  She's ten.  I'm an adult.  I don't watch cartoons.

That being said.  Even if I did watch this film, I would download it free.  I'm not
going to pay Hollywood to milk and rehash franchises to death.  These people
need to relearn how to make original movies.

This thinking is a bit flawed. I'm not going to go as far as to say that you shouldn't download films; I, myself benefit from downloading music and streaming movies. That being said, I don't think you should feel justified in doing so just because you don't like the methods of the industry of whose services you partake.

Agreed.

I didn't want to pay for this movie/album (real cost.......... CD 15$/Blu Ray 25$/Movie ticket 11$), so I downloaded it. "Yeah, everyone does that."

I didn't want to pay for this this chocolate bar (cost 1$) so I shoplifted it. "Dude, wtf is wrong with you, that's theft!!!"

I won't cause a big stink if you pirate media, but admit what it is, it's theft. Just becasue there's no visible victim and you will not get caught/punished doesn't mean it's not theft. It is. Full stop. This isn't one of those debatable subjects. It's theft, just admit to it.

Of course it's theft.  I know that.  But if I pay for it then these people who
make idiotic movies will continue.  They need to LEARN.  Money talks.

If I download and watch a good movie I sometimes think that I should
send money.  But there is no safe easy system to do this.

Also, if I buy a bar of chocolate that makes me gag, then I can take it
back and get a refund.  Try that with Hollywood.

Boy, 1 reply is all it took to derail this one.

There is, actually. It's called buying the movie.

Back to the topic, I saw it last night too and I must say it is definitely (in my opinion) the second best Spider-Man movie, right under Homecoming. I was never excited for this one based on the teaser (something about multiple Spider-Men in the same film didn't appeal to me), but it's honestly my second favorite movie this year after Infinity War!
