Yeah, I saw there is another place right by the base gates that advertises chicken & waffles.  Seems like an odd combo to me, but it's obviously got fans.  J.J.'s does look a bit rundown, but then a lot of that town does.  It may be that their food is good enough that they don't need to worry about fixing up the decor to keep customers.

Its not bad but not all the super hypeness that this thread seems to echo. Osan AB (songtan) has a lot more variety and its all a lot closer since its on the main strip. Plus a lot of side roads contain new and older restaurants that are actually pretty great.

One thing that Humphreys does have going for it is that the entire US Army is slowly making the transition to that area which is why they are greatly expanding the base size along with grand openings on base with korean singers/famous people who support it. (Last night was Tiger JK, Yoon Mirae, Bizzy, and some other rappers)
