Quest bars are my favorite. 20g of protein and no sugar. The cookie dough one is the best, especially after you microwave it for 10 seconds. Obviously real food is better for you but when you're on a high-protein diet and you need something sweet it's a guilt-free treat.

Never tried microwaving them. Good tip! I've moved from Quest to Combat Crunch lately. Has a better taste in my opinion.
