Yaya, you are correct- I misunderstood this thread's topic - my friend is trying to log into an old account and she forgot the password, and is not receiving the "reset" your email password. Apologies that this is off-topic; could you or someone else point me to who can help with this?

I have 2 buddies who are having similar issues as everybody else. No activation email being sent to their email addresses.

usernames are Koala and nolanwetherell, respectively.
