LOST
« on: April 06, 2018, 03:24:25 PM »
It's son funny rewatching LOST now (it's on Kor NF!). Listening to Jin and Sun talk is so interesting now that I can understand them.

There's also two scenes that I love. Jin is in the bathroom at Sydney airport and some white guy comes in and threatens him in Korean. It sounds like I used to sound when I first arrived here.

Also, Hurley is in the hatch and he has a vision of Jin and he starts talking Korean to him. Seeing a 350lb Mexican American speak Korean is pretty good, especially knowing his way of speaking and mannerisms from his normal English speech.

See you in another life brother.
Going away golfing excitedly venturing to somewhere unknown carefree knowing my youthful demeanour is craving ketchup.

I also rewatched it but only from Season 3 till the end, purely because Season 1 and 2 were slow. On second viewing Season 6 is more awful then I remembered. I also smiled at being able to understand the Korean scenes.

I think this is the only time I've ever heard anyone skip Seasons 1 and 2 in favour of the latter seasons. Usually it's the other way around.

Yeah, WTF????  First two seasons are great, and season 4 is amazing, too.

I started watching it last year to get ideas for my survival themed summer camp. I did get some really great ideas but then I got hooked and watched all of it.. the last season was a bit nonsensical but great show overall!
