Oh I'm an idiot. It's today nut, not every day nut  I must have seen that somewhere though.

120 ish? Each version is different, I like the yogurt one which is mostly nuts but has one or two yogurt covered nuts as a bonus.

My co worker bought some other brand for our office too, it was way cheaper and just as nice. I can't for the life of me remember what they were called.

25% sugar, 5 grams in a 20 gram packet...a little high, no?

That is 6 times higher than the pocket snacks, which only have 1 gram in a 28 gram packet.

Well It might be because of the fruit?

Anyhoo personally I prefer the convenience of being able to buy it myself in shop so thought I'd let people know.

In the teacher's office, someone's cellphone has been ringing, almost non-stop, for the last 38 minutes. >.<

I would gladly take that over the time my upstairs neighbor was retching for half an hour straight over 2 days. No idea how he's alive.

Answer it and say 'yubba-say-yo,' and really emphasize the 'yubba.' Make sure your waygookin accent is extra thick. Don't forget to breathe super heavy.

Not for me, unfortunately, tomorrow is still a workday. On the upside, though, we'll probably get to leave early.

Have a good holiday!

On minimum wages in Canada:

My socialist cousin (who I love, don't get me wrong, he's a great guy) recently linked to an article on Facebook that stated with minimum wage at $15/h, and the average rent in Toronto is $2000/month, so poverty.

Does one expect to live an AVERAGE life (in Toronto) at MINIMUM wage (for the province)? Should shop owners in Timmins pay thier high school part-time help enough for a flat at Yonge and Bloor?

It is really hard to have a serious discussion when rediculous numbers are presented like this.

I'm curious how minimum wage would be in Timmins if it was adjusted with productivity. Understandably it is more expensive to live at Yonge and Bloor (poor choice), but maybe the minimum in Timmins should be raised from its current provincial level.

Businesses are of course looking to cut costs, but maybe they should be nudged to pay employees more reasonably.

I think I support an age-based minimum wage. The high school student is always cited as why the minimum can't be raised, so cap the high school minimum at 80% the full minimum, or something less than the 18/19+ amount.

I think there are countries that do something like that, but I do not know how effective age-adjusted rates are.
