Here are the documents we need to apply for pension refund.

Thanks for finding and posting these.  Just curious, do you have a link?

Also, remember to bring your passport and plane ticket with you.

Remember also that you can't apply more than 30 days in advance of your departure date OR your contract being finished.  If you're leaving Korea after this contract then you'd be flying out around August 20th, so you can't apply more than a month before.  But, if you're staying another year, it's 30 days before the end of the contract, since most of us are going somewhere for summer vacation.  Regardless, go any time next week and you should be fine.

Check the list of National Pension Offices.  There are a few in Gwangju, one in Mokpo, one in Yeosu, and one in Suncheon.

I've re-signed, but I wanted to try and get my pension for the last two years today.  Couldn't do it because I guess we have to wait until we leave Korea for good.  Weird, because I got my pension back from my first year.  I guess I probably just should have lied and said I wasn't coming back.

Also, the documents attached here weren't the ones they needed for me at the pension office, and they handed me a new set of forms there.  Probably because I'm an American, though, but just a heads up anyway.
