How do I address a store owner/manager?

I want to be able to address the guy at the store.  All I know is his title ends with "nim".  Can anyone help?

사장님   sa jang nim    (means owner)

thank you very much.  I want to say good bye to the guy at the store (I've seen him about 4 days every week this year).
