Hey.
It's my first time in Korea and I'm teaching at an all girls middle school. Any advice or lesson plan ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

For an overview of living in Korea, and co-teaching, I found EPIK's two guidebooks to be an immense help. You can download them from EPIK's website http://www.epik.go.kr under "What's New" (click "More"), nos. 138 and 137.

You can also find useful advice on Jason Ryan's blog: http://kimchiicecream.wordpress.com/category/the-kimchi-icecream-guide-for-new-eflesl-foreign-english-teachersinstructors-in-south-korea/. Also worth checking out are http://strange-lands.com/ and http://www.eatyourkimchi.com/.

Lastly, in addition to the lessons posted here, I recommend you look at David Deubelbeiss' EFL Classroom 2.0, in particular David's blog post which contains lots of links for new teachers: http://ddeubel.edublogs.org/2010/08/26/new-teachers-essential-stuff-on-efl-2-0/
